The Restoration Centre (TRC) offers programs that focus on the whole person—supporting each individual while also helping them discover their role within the wider community. Every program is tailored to the unique journey of each resident, with flexible durations based on personal challenges and readiness to move forward. Our approach is built on the Truth and Freedom Program in association with The Adullam Discipleship Principles.
Residential Program
The Residential Program is structured around four key milestones, each representing a significant phase in the resident’s journey. While the duration of each milestone may vary, the progression reflects personal growth, increased responsibility, and deeper integration into community life. These milestones provide a clear framework for transformation, with residents supported every step of the way.

Milestone 1
Residents focus on adjusting to communal living, engaging in property maintenance, and beginning to explore biblical truth. This foundational phase establishes the rhythm of daily life, building stability and a sense of belonging.
Milestone 2
Residents participate in TRC’s Community Outreach program, giving back through acts of service. Life skills training and deeper biblical teaching are introduced to help build resilience, confidence, and purpose.

Milestone 3
Residents begin two days a week of paid employment and take on more personal and community responsibilities. Leadership mentoring is introduced, and residents are expected to actively engage in church or outreach initiatives.
Milestone 4
Residents continue working closely with mentors while pursuing their personal goals. They also begin mentoring others, particularly those entering Milestone 1, and take an active role in modelling TRC’s values. This phase prepares residents for successful graduation and long-term stability.

Internship Program
For those who feel called to continue their journey with The Restoration Centre, the Internship Program offers the opportunity to serve God and the community through ongoing ministry work. Interns are invited to deepen their faith, grow in leadership, and contribute meaningfully to the life-changing work of The Restoration Centre.
Aftercare Support Program
We believe that transformation is a lifelong journey. That’s why we’re committed to ongoing relationship and support beyond the completion of our programs. Our Aftercare Support Program encourages continued connection, mentorship, and fellowship—no matter how long ago someone completed their time with us.
We also maintain a strong network of external support services built over decades, ensuring that participants have access to the help they need during life’s challenges.
Pathway After Graduating
The Restoration Centre maintains a strong partnership with Providential Homes to ensure participants graduating from our 12-month Residential Program have access to safe, stable accommodation as they transition into independent living.
Providential Homes, an accredited Community Housing Provider and registered charity established in 2010 by Warren and Cheryle Weir, has a long-standing commitment to supporting individuals and families in need. This partnership allows graduates of The Restoration Centre to continue their recovery journey in secure housing environments, reducing the risk of recidivism and supporting long-term reintegration into the community.
